This website is not a contract for work
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to perform work, a quotation, or a binding commitment on either side.
Roofing work is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties, which sets out scope, price, materials, schedule, payment terms and any warranty. Where these website terms and that contract differ, the signed contract governs.
Calling us, or texting us, does not create a contract. It starts a conversation.
Accuracy of content
We work to keep the code and permit information on this site accurate and current, and we cite sources so you can verify it.
Requirements change, and building authorities revise their policies on their own schedules. We give no warranty that everything here is current at the moment you read it. See our disclaimer for the detail on this, because it matters more on this site than on most.
Use of the site
You may read, print and share this content for your own use. You may not:
- Republish substantial portions as your own content
- Use the site to build a competing commercial database or lead product
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
- Use automated systems to access the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load
- Misrepresent your relationship with us

The content, design and code of this website are owned by Littleton Pro Roofing, except for material owned by third parties.
Building code requirements themselves are public information published by government authorities. Our summaries, explanations, comparisons and diagrams are our work.

When you call or text the number on this site you are contacting us directly. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply to text messages.
We do not use numbers obtained this way for marketing messages, and we do not add callers to any list.
Third-party links and embeds
We link to government websites, published policy documents and manufacturer information so you can verify what we have written. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
The contact page embeds a map from Google, which operates under Google's own terms and may set cookies. See our privacy policy.
