Privacy Policy
This site has no contact forms and no accounts. What follows is a short and accurate account of the small amount of information involved when you call, text or read these pages.

Who we are
Littleton Pro Roofing is a roofing contractor serving Littleton, Colorado and the surrounding south Denver metro. We operate as a service-area business, which means we travel to our customers rather than receiving them at premises.

What this site does not do
It is worth stating the absences, because they cover most of what a privacy policy usually has to explain:
- There are no contact forms. You cannot submit personal information through this website.
- There are no user accounts and no logins.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
- We do not run advertising trackers or remarketing pixels on this site.
- We do not operate a mailing list and will not add you to one.
Information we collect
When you call us
We will have your phone number, because your phone provides it. During the call we will usually ask for your name, your property address and a description of the problem, because we cannot help without them.
Your address is used to determine which building authority covers your property, which directly affects what your roof has to be built to.
Call recording: we do not currently record calls. If that changes, we will tell you at the start of the call and update this policy.
When you text us
If you use the text link, we receive your phone number and whatever you send, including photographs. Photographs of your roof are kept with your job record and used to assess the work.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. We do not use your number for marketing messages.
When you browse this site
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We also record when someone taps a phone or text link, so we know which parts of the site are useful.
This is aggregate reporting. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. Google processes this data as described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses, timestamps and requested pages. These are used for security and for keeping the site running.
Cookies and the embedded map
This site sets no cookies of its own.
The contact page embeds a Google Map showing our service area. Google may set cookies and collect data when that map loads, under its own terms rather than ours. It is the only third-party embed on the site. If you would rather not load it, do not visit that page, or block third-party content in your browser — the rest of the site works normally without it.
Google Analytics also sets cookies to distinguish returning visits.
How we use what we collect
- To answer your question and quote your work
- To determine which building authority and code requirements apply to your address
- To pull permits, which requires supplying your address to the relevant building department
- To document the condition of your roof, including photographs
- To understand which parts of this website are useful
Who we share information with
We share information only where the job requires it:
- Building departments. Permit applications require your property address and job details. This is a legal requirement of the work.
- Your insurance carrier or adjuster, where you have asked us to provide documentation for a claim.
- Material suppliers, for delivery to your property.
- Where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not share your information with lead-generation companies, marketing firms or data brokers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become jobs: we have no reason to keep these long and do not.
- Completed jobs: records including photographs and permit documentation are retained for the period covered by any warranty and by our business and tax obligations.
- Server logs and analytics: retained per our provider's standard periods.
Your rights
Under the Colorado Privacy Act, Colorado residents have rights over their personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal effects.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for targeted advertising, and do not profile. The other rights are straightforward to exercise: call us on (720) 894-1857 and ask.
Note that we may need to retain some records to meet permit, warranty, insurance and tax obligations even after a deletion request, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children
This site is directed at homeowners and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect the job records we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Where a change is significant — adding analytics or call recording, for example — we will make that clear rather than quietly amending the text.
